Our SH Core Pre-workout contains 5g of creatine monohydrate, the exact dosage and form shown to be the most effective in scientific literature ^[1]. Creatine is a supplement that works over time and needs to be taken on a daily basis for full benefits. SH Core is a budget-friendly pre-workout that delivers all the essentials, formulated for everyday usage.

Creatine was not included in our other pre-workouts because most people aren't going to take high stimulant pre-workout on a daily basis as this isn't practical nor is it optimal. There are also many (for whatever reason) people that do not want to use creatine. SuperHuman Pump will typically be a clay-like consistency rather than pure powder. The reason this happens is because of the high glycerol content in the product, which is what gives you the pump! Moisture is completely normal as this is a water-attracting ingredient, once mixed with water the product should still work, taste, and mix just as it is supposed to.

While Alpha Lion products do not contain any ingredients or substances that would be inherently dangerous for someone under the age of 18 to use, we cannot directly advise for someone under that age to do so. To create an account, go to the Alpha Lion account section. On the right side, you'll see the "New Customer" option. Click "Continue," and a new section will appear where you can enter your personal information to complete the signup process.

You can access your subscription profile by logging into your Alpha Lion account. On the homepage, next to the "View Addresses" section, you will see a new section called Manage Subscriptions. Clicking there will take you to a page where you can make all necessary edits.
*If you’re a new customer and don’t see this section yet, try logging out and back into your account. Alternatively, minutes after placing a subscription order, you will receive a confirmation email with a custom link to your subscription profile. Through this link, you can:

• Update and edit flavors
• Add more products
• Skip orders
• Pause your subscription
• Edit your shipping address or payment methods

To skip an order:

1. Click Skip Order in the main Manage Subscription page
2. Confirm your selection
   

You can also reschedule orders to a specific date or modify the frequency of deliveries.

You can add additional products in two ways:

• New Subscription: The product will be included in every recurring order
• One-Time Purchase: The product will be automatically added to your next order only

To change your flavor selection:

1. Go to Manage Subscription
2. Select the flavor you'd like to try and update your preference
